Internet Reseller Policy
SeaCare, Inc. has unilaterally adopted an Internet Reseller Policy (Internet Policy) or (MAP Policy), which shall apply to all U.S. internet resellers, collectively, “Resellers”) who resell SeaCare products to end users via the internet. SeaCare, Inc. is adopting this policy to help preserve its standard for providing licensed health care practitioners with high quality products, sales and technical support (“The SeaCare Standard”).
Any reseller must fill out and submit to SeaCare through email info@seacareinc.com a copy of SeaCare’s Internet Reseller Policy prior to putting on the internet. It must be signed by the healthcare professional in control of their website, and whose personal account is registered through SeaCare before placing SeaCare products, logos, pictures or trademarks on their website. A copy must be signed and submitted to SeaCare. Internet Reseller Policy is available by request through SeaCare, Inc.. SeaCare may suspend any account who does not comply or who has not submitted this signed policy, until compliance is satisfactory. SeaCare may also suspend accounts that are not compliant that are purchasing SeaCare products through a distributor of SeaCare products.
SeaCare, Inc. reserves the right not to sell or supply any products to any reseller that is affiliated with a web site that violates this Internet Policy.
